Classes

Our program is learner based, as we have students of different ages and all levels of experience. Our dedicated vertical arts trainers have diverse backgrounds, and live to share their love of aerial arts.

Previous experience is not necessary, most students join us as beginners.

We have 8 apparatus and two instructors in each class. Most classes will have 6 silks, a trapeze and a lyra for students to explore.

Classes are tailored to each students’ level of experience, with challenges to advance them on their aerial journey.

Kids Classes

5:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at St Andrew’s

6:30pm Mondays & Wednesdays at Parramatta State School (mixed under 18s)

Our classes begin with a dynamic warm-up to ensure our bodies are ready for the daily lesson plan. All students learn basic climbs and static positions close to the mat. They then move into developing the aerial foundations, followed by more complex sequences.

Teenagers Classes

6:45pm Tuesdays, & Thursdays at St Andrew’s (mixed teenagers/adults) Wednesday 6:45pm at St Andrews performance class mixed - all ages

6:30pm Mondays & Wednesdays Parramatta State School (mixed teenagers/adults)

6:30pm Tuesdays - Open training Parramatta State School (over 18s with previous experience)

The teenagers classes are structured to suit the needs of more independent learners. The students move through their own warm-up followed by their regular climbs and strength exercises. New students will be guided by our trainers through their warm-up.

Our trainers then provide each student, including our beginners, with an individual lesson plan catering to their skill level.

Adults Classes

6:45pm Tuesdays & Thursdays at St Andrew’s (mixed teenagers/adults)

6:30pm Mondays & Wednesdays at Parramatta State School (mixed teenagers/adults)

Our adults classes are combined with our committed, long-term teenager aerialists. We work as a team to look at the often overlooked details from a beginners level through to advanced.

As a team we encourage each other to develop and express our authentic selves. Finding and exploring your own natural rhythm, and pushing through your personal barriers is what aerial arts is all about.
